Return Process

  Log into your Hallmark account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
